Vietnamese Tofu Vermicelli Lunch

The portion size looks tiny here. Reality: the cafe served me a Fred Flintstone sized bowl.

What was in yesterday’s lunch: the noodles, crushed peanuts, carrots, baby bok choy, tofu obviously, sweet chilli sauce on top, broccoli, carrots in fun shapes, lettuce, pickled veggies. Lettuce haters like me can eat around the lettuce. Yes, I love vegan food and hate most varieties of lettuce. Life is a series of contradictions.

Discovering new restaurants no one talks about on city guide maps is the best thing ever.
