My Pound Puppy Misha Died; He Was 1 Year Old

My 1 year old baby dog Misha died. I was told either he would die at home and continue being aggressive out of pain, or he could be put down. He switched between scary aggression this month and cuteness.

The stomach issues had spread to the brain. I am devastated because I watched my shelter puppy grow with baby fuzz grow to his adult teeth. I have never had a baby dog die so young. Misha acted like he didn’t know me after we played this morning and he became scary.

I am so sad to report this news. He was my beautiful Misha who “did Misha things.” I cannot deal with this. It was hard to believe my dog who worshipped me was attacking me scarily out of pain. He was so confused all the time. Don’t know what to say. Things hurt. I had to put down someone who was basically a puppy. Some puppies are born sick.

This was my puppy when I adopted him. He grew out of the puppy fuzz into a handsome fellow!
