Scottie Died Today Unexpectedly

Scottie was a senior dog I adopted on April 21, 2016. He died today, July 5, 2019. When Scottie died. he stayed up with me very late expecting I would take him to the vet today for a checkup. He fell asleep snoring like usual. I awoke to find he had died sometime in his sleep. Scottie was adopted on April 21, 2016 as a senior rescue dog. I only had him 3 years. The crematory staff and others believed he died of heart failure.

I used to tell Scottie, “I will do anything for you.”

Someday, someway I hope to remember him for others hopefully in a movie so he can always be a hero to young people everywhere like he was to me. Scottie used to worry about me when I had bad health days. Immediately after I met him, I had to go to some medical appointments up into the summer because I was having issues with diabetic side effects. Late last year, again to redo my diabetic diet. For that, I am always grateful.

I am sharing this video of him from the NYC pet shelter's adoptable pets information so Scottie is remembered. One of the best days of my life was the day I met Scottie because I knew he really appreciated what I did for him. He showed that appreciation right back by being supportive when I needed help.

If you would like to save a dog in danger of being euthanized in the New York area, please do right here checking the list:
